I think the Eiffel Tower deserves to have it's own separate entry. Before going to Paris, the Eiffel Towers that I have seen are the ones in Genting Highlands, on TV or on postcards. Of course, nothing beats THE Eiffel.
The Eiffel Tower (also known as La Tour Eiffel in French) is located at Champs de Mars. It was built in 1889, 1063 feet tall (324 metres) and is one of the most recognisable structure in the world. It's the second tallest structure in France, after Millau Viaduct. When you mention Paris, one of the first things that come to mind is none other than the Eiffel Tower.
The Eiffel Tower at night and in the day is completely different. In winter, usually it's foggy and the top of the tower is not really visible. At night, all the lights would be lit up and it looks very really vibrant!
